Feasible materials are to be shortlisted based on their limitations of use to ensure reliability, future maintenance while the cost of repair is kept to a minimum. 

Consideration of technical advantage is to be taken on the shortlisted materials. 

Function and maintainability take precedence. 

The selected material to be fit for purpose and submitted to the client authority for approval before commencing with detailed design. As part of the design output, the designer to complete procurement schedules for the products and identify any design specific requirements over and above minimum requirements stated by the client’s Material Supply standard.

1. Conveyor belting: 

Branded well known and available in various classes, ply ratings and cover thicknesses, as well as lengths up to 300m and widths up to 1 500mm from its stock range, and up to 3 200mm on an ex-manufacture basis. Each belt is accredited and standard 24-month warranty. 

Conveyor belts can be produced with rubber top and bottom covers of varying thickness and compounds, fire resistance and “Rip-Stop” inserts. In addition, the range is available in textile reinforced and steel cord conveyor belting. We proud ourselves that we can bring a manufacturers Technical team to your door to train and assist you in your operations.

1. Bellows and Pinch Valves Sleeves: 

Jeking knows manufactures for a range of rubber bellows and pinch valve sleeves that provide the ultimate in pipeline flexibility for industrial rubber pipes, valves and steel pipes with nominal bore sizes ranging from 50 mm – 600 mm. 

These are manufactured from a variety of materials, including EPDM, Neoprene, Butyl and Nitrile, and can contain an abrasive resistant or acid resistant liner, depending on the application.
